Setting health goals

Lately, I haven't been moving much, so I haven't been exercising either.

My stamina is gradually decreasing, and my blood circulation isn't good either.

So that I can take care of my health little by little.

I am trying to set a goal to improve my physical strength.

 

  1. Drink 1 liter of water every day
  2. Frequently stretch with a yoga ring
  3. Walk for more than 30 minutes a day
  4. Go to bed before 12 o'clock
  5. Make sure to eat breakfast in the morning.

It's simple, but I will try to practice it every day!!
