1. Morning exercise (stairs) for 30 minutes, do stretching
Taking supplements properly
Drink more than 1.5 liters of water
4. Walking 10,000 steps (more than 8,000 steps), doing foam roller massage
Eat salad and protein meals at least three times a week in the evening.
