I'm trying to reduce my body fat percentage to 15%.

I have been living with a weight of 48 kg for over 20 years, but my body composition has changed, and now my weight has increased along with visceral fat and body fat percentage.

As I do muscle exercises, fat burns and turns into muscle, so my weight hasn't decreased much, but I can feel my muscles becoming firm.

I am trying to eliminate visceral fat and body fat percentage as much as possible for my health.I'm trying to reduce my body fat percentage to 15%.

      예전엔 말랐는데 지금은 정말 많은게 아니라 통통 여가 돼 가고 있어요 체지방률 낮춰야 돼요
