Let's set health goals for this week (October 11th to October 15th).
A glass of water on an empty stomach, probiotics / Don't forget to take joint supplements after breakfast
Do 24-minute seated yoga stretching videos every day.
- Walk little by little and do ankle stretching diligently.
Since I got injured and mostly sat around, I feel like my belly fat is increasing, so I do seated yoga while watching YouTube videos.
I try to do it whenever I have time every day. I make sure to take the newly ordered joint supplement and walk without overexerting myself.
My goal for this week is to recover quickly by stretching my ankles while avoiding other activities.
