Achieve walking 10,000 steps every day

No late-night snacks until the end of this weekend.
4. Reducing carbonated drinks
I walk about 6,000 steps every day, but I wasn't aiming for a specific number of steps, so this week I plan to challenge myself to reach 10,000 steps.
It's not serious during the eye exam, but since my intraocular pressure is high and I have dry eyes, I need to diligently take eye supplements.
Reflecting on eating chicken past 11 o'clock yesterday, I plan to refrain from late-night snacks and carbonated drinks this week. Goal for this week: fighting!
