My knee keeps hurting.

Maybe it's because I've gained weight or because of my age ㅠㅠ

I should try to lose some weight this time.

Not a lot, just something I've wanted to remove for a long time.

My goal this year is to lose 3 kilograms.

It would be good to lose 500 grams each month.

I'm not sure if it's possible.

I'll try to lose weight steadily and gradually, not in a short period.

But why does the chest lose fat first when you lose weightㅠㅠ

I hope my belly fat comes off first, haha.
