This week, I will set a health goal.
Going to the gym six days a week without skipping.
Run 3 kilometers three times a week
Do not eat snacks or drinks
I'm planning to try this much for now.
Last week, I was so tired that I skipped the gym once in the middle. I hope I can attend every day this time...
Running 3 km is a bit difficult, but I will definitely make sure to run it to finish the challenge.
