Consistently do walking exercises suited to your condition + ride the indoor bicycle regularly
I am trying to ensure proper hydration intake^^
Take your supplements (multivitamins) as well~
There is also swimming registration on Tuesday.
I'm thinking of trying swimming as well to add to my September exercise routine~
