등산화가 좋을꺼예요. 저는 체력 좋은편 아니고 산타는건 좋아해서 평소 걷기연습 안하고 한라산 가서 등반성공했어요. 대신 그다음날 다리가 많이 아팠어요. 한 3일간듯요. 좀 평소 걷는게 좋지 않을까 싶어요.

Is it necessary to practice mountain climbing for a month in advance?
I've never been there, so I'm really curious.
If you have experience, could you please share some tips?
I heard that I need to go up early in order to finish the hike within the time.
I'm wondering how much stamina I need to build.
Please tell me if you must wear sturdy hiking boots.
There are Gore-Tex hiking boots, but they are a bit heavy like military boots.
I'm not sure if I should wear this or if I can wear running shoes.
