Actress Kang So-ra (34) revealed that she manages her weight by being selective about the types of food she eats rather than reducing the amount she eats.

However, caution is advised when eating on an empty stomach, as this can increase blood magnesium levels, disrupting the balance between magnesium and potassium, which can strain the cardiovascular system.

 

▷Sweet potato= Eating boiled sweet potatoes like Kang Sora does is beneficial for dieting, as they have a low glycemic index. The glycemic index is a measure of how quickly a food raises blood sugar levels. A low glycemic index slows digestion in the body, preventing overeating and helping with weight loss. Sweet potatoes also contain a compound called jalapin, which has intestinal cleansing properties. This helps smooth bowel movements and prevents colon cancer. Sweet potatoes are also rich in enzymes that break down starch and vitamin B1, which stimulates intestinal function.
