I think I've been walking 10,000 steps a day for over three years now...
Of course, I can't keep to it every day...
Still, I try to make sure to do it on one day out of the weekdays or the weekend...
I really don't do much exercise other than that.
Since my commute already takes about 6,000 steps,
Rather than doing separate exercises
I sometimes intentionally stop by the market and pass through the park on my way home from work........
But as I get older, my digestive ability doesn't improve even when I walk this much...
I'm thinking of trying a run, but my knee joints are actually pretty bad, so even running is hard.
It's all just excuses, right???
