Walking 10,000 steps a day is surprisingly hard... haha

I think I've been walking 10,000 steps a day for over three years now...

Of course, I can't keep to it every day...

Still, I try to make sure to do it on one day out of the weekdays or the weekend...

 

I really don't do much exercise other than that.

 

Since my commute already takes about 6,000 steps,

Rather than doing separate exercises

I sometimes intentionally stop by the market and pass through the park on my way home from work........

 

But as I get older, my digestive ability doesn't improve even when I walk this much...

 

I'm thinking of trying a run, but my knee joints are actually pretty bad, so even running is hard.

 

It's all just excuses, right???

    맞아요 하루만보 은근 힘들어요 
    그래도 조금씩이라도 걸어야죠 ㅎ 
    저도 가끔씩음 러닝도 해보고픈데 ... 조금만 뛰어도 헥헥거리는 ㅋ

    만보가 생각보다 쉽지 않지만 꾸준히 하면 체력이 늘어요.
    작은 목표부터 시작해도 충분히 효과 있습니다.

    무릎이랑 관절이 불편하면 걷는것도
    힘들고 그렇죠 ㅠ
    나이들면 서러운게 한두가지가 아니더라고요
    체력에 맞는 유산소 운동으로 하셔요
