[Curious] Can suddenly my eyesight improve?

I had LASIK surgery in 2017, and I think I didn't manage my dry eyes well, so my vision has deteriorated significantly again.

I was always carrying artificial tears due to dry eyes, and I undergo a health check-up every year.

Every time, my eyesight kept deteriorating, so I was worried.

Last year and the year before, I remember that both eyes had a visual acuity of 0.5 or less.

So, I also got glasses at the optical shop, and when I got the glasses, they said my vision isn't very bad, but it's somewhat poor.

And yesterday, I had my health checkup for this year, and my vision was 1.0 in both eyes.

Is this possible??

Something... I heard my eyesight has improved... What is this uneasy feeling I have...

It's good if your eyesight improves, but... nothing much except for that eye twitching... Does your vision really improve to 1.0 because of this???

Could this really happen???
