엄마가 마그네슘 복용해도 눈떨림 심해서 이번 건강검진때 담당 의사선생님과 상담했는데 무조건 제일 중요한것이 수면 충분히 취하는게 1번이라고 하네요. 그리고 보조적으로 마그네슘 복용하라고 해서 평소 먹는것 보다 용량 올려서 섭취했고 일주일 정도 꾸준히 마그네슘 복용하고 하루 7시간 수면 취하니 증상이 바로 없어졌어요. 엄마는 마그네슘 150mg 섭취했어요.
