This was my second visit due to my son's symptoms of otitis externa. The doctor carefully examined my child's condition and calmly and clearly explained the current symptoms and management methods, which put my mind at ease as a guardian. I was also impressed by how considerate the doctor was to ensure my child did not feel anxious and how much effort they made to minimize discomfort.
Overall, I felt a sense of trust because I experienced kind and attentive care. Since conditions like otitis externa can recur, I felt even more confident that this is a hospital I can entrust my care to. I think I will continue to visit regularly.
