Today is the day for my blood test, which I do once every six months.
Since I am in the pre-diabetic stage, today is the day I get a blood test to check my HbA1c levels as part of my regular management.
I couldn't exercise or control my diet because things kept coming up at home, but thankfully, the results weren't bad~~ Phew~~ I was a bit worried, but it actually feels really good~ You know how disappointing it is when results aren't good^^
Thanks again today to the always kind doctors and nurses for the excellent treatment.
Especially, I feel this every time I do ~~, but the staff in the blood collection room are really good.
It was over in one go with just a slight sting, without any pain.
Thank you all, and I'll see you again in two months.
