I received treatment for otitis externa at Lohas ENT Clinic.

This is my second visit due to my son's symptoms of otitis externa.

There was a bit of a wait because there were many patients, but after receiving treatment, I understood why there were so many people.

I felt reassured because the doctor carefully checked every single symptom and explained everything calmly and in detail. I was also impressed by how attentive they were to ensure my child was not uncomfortable.

Overall, the treatment was kind and trustworthy, so I think I will continue to visit in the future.
