This was my first time visiting an ENT clinic, and the treatment far exceeded my expectations! The director was incredibly kind and listened attentively, nodding as I described my symptoms. I mentioned a sore throat, nasal congestion, earaches, and even the occasional headache. Instead of just brushing it off, he began by asking detailed questions about each and every issue.

He immediately performed an endoscopy, and while showing me the screen on the monitor, he said, "The mucous membrane here is swollen due to rhinitis, and the nasal septum is slightly deviated, which is impeding airflow. This is causing pressure to reach the ears." He even took a picture to show me. The explanation of the condition was so detailed that I understood it all.

The treatment wasn't just about prescribing medication. She also gave me detailed information on my eating habits, sleeping posture, and even saline irrigation techniques I could use at home. She also kindly explained when to take my medication and what side effects to watch out for. The consultation lasted nearly 15 minutes, but she wasn't rushed at all, taking her time to see me through to the end. Three-minute consultations? This is definitely not the kind of place.
