Question) Concerns about blood pressure...

I designate one hospital each year to undergo a health check-up.
I have been so healthy that I haven't even needed a check-up until now, but I have one concern.
First, among the physical changes, the most rapidly changed aspect over the past one or two years is weight.
I was overweight.

Since last year, I started exercising again, which I hadn't done before.
I have been consistently walking 10,000 steps every morning for about two years.

I asked the doctor about this, and he recommended walking 8,000 to 12,000 steps a day.
Walking results: I lost 6 kg of weight.
When I asked the doctor, he said that the body fat percentage has now improved to about 24.8%, which I interpret as a positive result from walking.Question) Concerns about blood pressure...


I'm curious about blood pressure.
They said that the initial blood pressure was a little low, so after completing other examinations, they would recheck it.

Is a blood pressure of 102~~ normal?

With school knowledge, it's age + 80, so it should be around 125 to 130.
Some people worry about their high blood pressure and manage it by taking medication, but I have a slightly lower reading of 102. Should I be happy or should I be concerned? I'm not sure. I have a question.

I understand that below 90 is considered hypotension, and below 120 is normal... 120, 140... all are correct.

Is it suspicious that the normal range is from 90 to 119..?

Is there no correction value based on age?

I'm unsure and curious about which range a blood pressure reading of 102 falls into.

You know the person, so you might say, "Why are you posting something like this?" but if you're not familiar, it's a difficult field~~

      그런데요 참 신체라느게 요상합니다
      처음에는 안하던 운동을 하니 감량이 좀 되더니 몸이 걷기에 적응을 해서인지 꿈쩍도 안해요 ㅎㅎ

    우선 위의 도표 대로 보자면 119/90 -이 수치에서 119는 정상범위 이나 90이 높은 거예요 그래서 고혈압 이고요.102가 어떤 영역인지 궁금하다고 하셨는데요 91~119까지는 정상 이라는 건데 102니까 정상 범주 안에 있으니 정상 이고요 .그리고 혈압에 나이+80 이라는 것은 잘못 알고 계신 것 같아요. 다른 학습 내용과 헷갈리신게 아닌지 확인해 보셔요.

    보통 고혈압으로 진단 받으신 분들은 125만 나와도 정상 판정 해주시주더라구요.
    102면 아주 양호한 편 인것 같아요. 꾸준히 걷기 하시고 체중관리 해주시면 좋을 것
