Has anyone noticed a change in their pronunciation when speaking after getting Botox for the corners of their mouths?

My mouth corners look a little droopy, so I am looking into Botox.

However, since the procedure is performed around the mouth area, I am worried that it might affect not only my smile but also my speech.

Especially since my job requires me to speak for a long time, I want to avoid any changes in my mouth movements.

For those of you who have actually experienced it, what did you notice first in your daily life?
