I am wondering if I can exercise immediately after getting Botox.

I have been looking into Botox recently, but since I exercise almost every day, scheduling is a bit tricky.

Even if the procedure itself finishes quickly, if I have to take a break from exercising, I think I should think in advance about when would be the best time to get it done.

Since my pattern is to exercise after work on weekdays and in the mornings on weekends, if I schedule the procedure incorrectly, I might have to rest for a few days.

I am also curious if the precautions differ depending on the area.
