Will my skin condition get worse if I stop getting Botox?

As I get older, my facial skin is losing elasticity and wrinkles are forming all over. However, since I still want to take care of my appearance, I am considering getting Botox in two or three areas.

While looking up various information about the effects of Botox, I suddenly became curious. I wonder if the condition of the skin might actually worsen compared to when I first started getting it if I stop completely. For some reason, I have a feeling that might be the case.

If I stop getting Botox, won't my skin condition actually get worse than before?
