Will my facial expression look awkward after getting Botox?

I have a question about Botox. Will my facial expressions look awkward not long after getting it?
You know those people these days who take unnecessary interest in others?

I don't look natural when I smile, so I'm unnecessarily worried that they might ask me all sorts of things.
