How long do the effects of Botox usually last?

I'm looking into trying it for the first time.
It seems like the point at which the effect wears off varies quite a bit from person to person.

Some people say they get it again after a few months.
It is difficult to set a standard because some people say it lasted longer than expected.

I find it burdensome to go to the hospital often, so
If possible, I would like it to last a long time naturally.

For those of you who have tried it yourself, how long did you feel the effects?
