I'm curious!! Are dermatology procedures heavily affected by the season?

I've been thinking about getting some skin care lately, but I heard it's a bit of a stretch to start because it's summer.

Some people say that procedures like lasers or skin boosters are best done in the fall or winter due to UV rays, while others say that the season doesn't matter as long as you take good care of your skin.

For those who have actually received the procedure, in which season did you start? I'm curious if there was a difference in satisfaction depending on the season! :)
