Will getting Botox in the trapezius muscles make my shoulder line smoother?

I have broad shoulders and prominent trapezius muscles, so I have to be careful when choosing clothes.

I've been looking into it lately and heard that trapezius Botox is available. If I get this, will my really bulky trapezius lines be nicely toned?

I've tried Pilates and meridian massage for my trapezius muscles, but the effects seem minimal. Would trapezius Botox be effective?
