Will neck wrinkles disappear if I get Botox or fillers?

Since I tend to have natural neck wrinkles, even though this photo was taken with my neck tilted upwards

I noticed there were still a few neck wrinkles left. When looking straight ahead or down...

It remained clearly, so it was actually kind of bothering me.

So I keep taking care of my neck, but actually, once wrinkles appear...

It seems like it only gets darker, not lighter or disappearing.

Then I heard that getting Botox or fillers for wrinkles is effective, so...

I'm thinking of looking into it, and I heard it varies depending on the condition of the wrinkles.

My neck wrinkles aren't particularly deep, but given their condition, will a procedure significantly improve them?

So, I have to keep getting treatments periodically to maintain the condition of wrinkles, right?
