What treatment is good for deep nasolabial folds?

I have nasolabial folds too, but my partner's are even worse.

My nasolabial folds are already deep and clearly visible at first glance. Is it possible to treat such deeply etched wrinkles with a procedure?

Which is more effective, Botox or fillers?

Since they are deep wrinkles, it seems like a large amount would be appropriate, so I am wondering which one would be best.
