Have you ever experienced unevenness after getting under-eye filler?

I was looking at recent photos and was really bothered by the feeling that the area under my eyes looked deeply sunken.
Especially in photos taken under lighting, even the dark circles were clearly visible, making me look much more tired than I actually was.

Since there is a limit to how much I can cover it with concealer, I am considering under-eye fillers.
However, I’m hesitating because I’ve heard a lot of people say that it looks bumpy if applied incorrectly.

I am wondering if this tends to improve naturally in such cases.
I also want to know if I look awkward when I smile.
I am also curious about how long the effect usually lasts.
