Knee pain

The characteristics of knee injuries are 'refractory' and 'recurrence risk.' Once injured, it takes several weeks to several months to fully regain original function, and the risk of pain recurrence is also very high. Additionally, since the knee is virtually used in almost all lower body strength exercises, once injured, it becomes difficult to perform proper lower body workouts for a significant period.

Therefore, it is important to carefully observe whether knee pain occurs during lower body strength exercises. If pain occurs, initially take anti-inflammatory painkillers and monitor the progress. If there is no improvement, it is recommended to visit a hospital without delay.

Shoulder pain

The shoulder is used in all upper body strength exercises performed with the arms, just like the knees. Naturally, the risk of injury during exercise is higher. Especially for beginners with poor shoulder mobility, attempting push-ups, pull-ups, and other exercises with incorrect posture often leads to injuries. Therefore, it is important to first ensure shoulder joint mobility through sufficient stretching before doing upper body exercises.

Dizziness

There are more people than expected who experience a brief loss of consciousness, known as 'blackout,' while lifting heavy barbells. This is the result of a combination of improper breathing techniques and prolonged lifting times, which drastically reduce blood flow to the brain.

Dizziness that is not at blackout level is still dangerous. Because you might stumble in the gym and hit various structures, causing bruises on your face, shins, and other areas. Especially, dizziness that occurs during outdoor summer exercise can be a sign of heat-related illness, so immediate cessation of exercise and rest are necessary.

    맞는말인것 같아요. 무조건 운동만 한다고 좋은건 아니더라구요. 
    쉼도 중요한것 같아요~~여름에는 많이 덥고 땀도 많이 나서 쉬엄쉬엄 운동하는것도 좋겠어요.
