Stretching is best done in the order of ▲shoulders ▲chest and abdomen ▲sides of the body ▲back ▲front of the legs ▲wrists. When playing golf, you should try to relax your muscles. It is also recommended to stretch and loosen up your body after finishing golf.

    골프는 정말 운동이 많이 되는 거 같아요. 볼을 가만히 있는 공을 땅에 놓고 치는건데 그렇게 맞지 않죠. 가끔 한 번씩 맞을 때 멀리 날아가는 것을 보면은 기분이 좋답니다. 그리고 끝없이 펼쳐진 잔디를 걷는 것도 기분이 상쾌하죠.
