저도 어깨 끝이 안쪽으로 말려있는데요 이거저거 해봐도 잘 안되더라구요 하긴.. 몇십년동안 살아왔던게 몇일 몇달만에 될리가 없지요 더 꾸준히 해봐야 할 듯 합니다.

I have been hunching my shoulders since I was young.
It has become a habit just like that.
My shoulders are still hunched.
Now even the bones have become so hardened.
Even when I open my shoulders wide, they are bent inward.
I went to a Korean medicine clinic to get treatment and also received acupuncture because I wanted to fix it.
I've tried shoulder correction bands and various other things.
It's only for a moment, and I will return again.
I only consciously straighten my shoulders when I think about it, like always in my mind.
Sometimes I just stretch my shoulders, but at other moments I find myself slouching again.
Is there a way to fix it properly?
