[Health Tips] Sharing my treatment experience and tips for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I am responsible for accounting tasks.
I had a lot of computer work and also used the calculator frequently. Perhaps because I often used my wrist, at some point my wrist started to feel stiff and numb. I thought it would be okay, so I kept applying patches, but eventually the pain became so severe that I woke up multiple times during the night.
When I visited the hospital, I was told I have carpal tunnel syndrome.
They asked about the occupation, mentioning that it occurs frequently among office workers, and explained that it happens when there is a lot of wrist movement.
My condition was severe, so I received treatment while taking medication.

 

I should have visited the hospital when I first experienced labor pains, but I missed that timing, so I ended up worsening my conditionㅠㅠ

The doctor said that not using the wrist is the best, but if that's difficult, then it's important to take breaks and frequently do simple exercises like stretching the wrist backward, pulling, making a fist, and opening the hand.

 

If you need to use your wrists a lot because of your job like me, I recommend using a mouse pad with wrist support or a wrist protector cushion.

I also drank cabbage and green apple juice because a friend told me it is good for carpal tunnel syndrome.

I'll also share how to make juice.

You need 1 leaf of cabbage, 2 green apples, and a little water.

First, peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Then, put the apples, cabbage, and water into a blender and blend. After that, it's ready to drink.

 

Fortunately, I was successfully treated with medication and injections without surgery.

 

The longer a disease is left untreated, the harder it becomes to cure and the longer the treatment takes.
If you experience even the slightest abnormal symptoms, it is most important to seek treatment immediately.
