This medication is used to prevent and treat constipation. It also helps alleviate symptoms that may arise from constipation, such as loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, intestinal dysbiosis, and hemorrhoids. Therefore, it is useful for improving intestinal health and reducing discomfort.
Dosage
For individuals aged 15 and older, take 1-2 tablets once, twice a day on an empty stomach (before meals or between meals). The dosage interval should be more than 4 hours. However, start with the minimum amount and adjust the dosage gradually while observing the shape and condition of the stool.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with acute abdominal conditions or intestinal obstruction. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take antacids or milk within 1 hour after ingestion. Individuals experiencing severe abdominal pain or nausea, vomiting symptoms, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, those with kidney disorders, those currently taking other medications, and those with a history of rectal bleeding or intestinal failure should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting occur during use, or if there is abdominal discomfort or cramping, the medication should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. If constipation is not improved after approximately 1 week of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
