This medication is effective for the treatment of fever and pain due to colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It can also be used for toothaches, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It is used to relieve various types of pain and cold symptoms, reducing patient discomfort and helping to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Take 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4g (8 tablets) per day. Use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

This drug may impose a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. As it contains acetaminophen, overdose may result in liver damage; thus, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg. Additionally, if any rash or severe allergic reaction occurs during the course of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a doctor consulted. It is advisable for individuals with hypersensitivity to this drug or those with peptic ulcers, severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction to avoid taking it. Individuals taking aspirin for asthma or certain antidepressants, or barbiturates should also avoid this drug. Individuals with liver, kidney, or heart disease, those with hypersensitivity, asthma, bleeding tendencies, the elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a professional before taking it. If sudden difficulty in breathing, flushing of the face, severe rash, vomiting, or bleeding occurs during use, stop taking the medication immediately and inform medical personnel. Regular blood tests and liver function tests should be conducted during long-term use, and if abnormalities are detected, dosage adjustment or discontinuation may be necessary. Children and the elderly should take the minimum dose possible and should be closely monitored.
Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, anaphylactic reactions, asthma attacks, rash, mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), liver damage, liver necrosis, renal (kidney) toxicity, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, impaired platelet function, cyanosis, hypotension, shock, acute pancreatitis
