This medication helps relieve various symptoms of the cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It alleviates uncomfortable symptoms caused by colds to help you feel comfortable in your daily life. Therefore, it is used for the relief of cold symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Age 15 and above, including adults: 2 capsules 30 minutes after meals, 3 times a day

Children's dosage

Ages 8 to under 15 years: 1 capsule 30 minutes after meals, 3 times a day

Precautions

This medicine may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist first. During the use of this medication, severe skin reactions may rarely occur, so if there are any rashes or unusual symptoms on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, caution should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Since it contains pseudoephedrine, if fever or small blisters appear on the skin, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, those with a history of asthma, infants under three months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric drugs, as well as those with severe hypertension or kidney disease, should not take this medication. Do not take this medication concurrently with cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, or those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases must consult a professional before taking this medication. If there are any unusual symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or breathing difficulties during treatment, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. It is a principle not to administer this medication to children under 2 years old, and if essential, follow the doctor’s instructions. Always adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Drowsiness may occur during treatment, so driving or operating machinery should be avoided. Caution is advised as there is a risk of side effects when taking this medication with certain antibiotics or other drugs.
