This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heavy head due to the common cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
For those 15 years and older, take 1 tablet after each meal, three times a day.
This medication contains pseudoephedrine and may occasionally cause serious skin adverse reactions. If fever or red spots and small blisters appear on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Children under 3 months of age and those under 15 years should not take this medication. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its components should also avoid taking it. If you are taking certain medications like antidepressants or antipsychotics, or have stopped them within the last two weeks, do not use this medication. Patients with severe or uncontrolled hypertension should also avoid this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take it. It is advised to avoid taking any other cold or allergy medications containing similar components while using this medication. Individuals with allergic predispositions or previous drug-related allergic symptoms should consult a healthcare professional before taking this. Individuals with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, eye issues, or difficulty urinating should also consult a healthcare professional before use. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, the elderly, and individuals receiving treatment should take extra caution. Especially if the cough persists for a long time or becomes severe, or pseudoephedrine-related symptoms occur, consult a healthcare professional immediately. This medication contains Yellow No. 4, which should be used with caution if allergic. If severe hemorrhagic stroke symptoms, vomiting, severe thirst, rash, itching, difficulty urinating, headache, etc., occur during use, discontinue immediately and inform a healthcare professional. Additionally, if serious symptoms like increased blood pressure, muscle weakness, sudden severe headache, confusion, seizures, or visual disturbances occur, stop taking it and seek medical attention. If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5 to 6 times, consult a specialist. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take this medication unless under special circumstances. Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration, and avoid prolonged use. Since drowsiness may occur while taking it, refrain from driving or operating machinery, and it is advisable to avoid alcohol. When storing, keep it out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. It is also important to avoid transferring to other containers to maintain quality.
Severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), fever, erythema, multiple small pustules, hemorrhagic stroke, symptoms of aldosteronism (decreased urine volume, swelling of the face and hands, increased blood pressure, headache), symptoms of myopathy (weakness, limb cramps, paralysis), symptoms of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, visual disturbances
