This medication is used for the temporary relief of allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes, tearing, runny nose, itchy throat, sneezing, nasal congestion, and sinus congestion.
Adults aged 12 years and older should take 20 mL (4 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which can rarely cause serious skin rashes or pustules. If you experience fever or red spots on the skin resembling small blisters, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, this drug contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which breaks down into phenylalanine in the body. Individuals with a genetic condition known as phenylketonuria should not take this medication. You should adhere to the daily maximum allowable dose of aspartame when taking this medication, and for a 60 kg adult, be careful not to exceed 2.4 g in a day. People taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or who have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks should not use this medication. If you are unsure whether any of your medications contain MAOIs, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist. Moreover, individuals with heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or those taking sedatives or tranquilizers should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage when taking this medication, especially in children, as it may cause excitability. This medication may cause drowsiness, and taking it with sedatives or tranquilizers can enhance drowsiness. If symptoms such as anxiety, dizziness, or insomnia occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or if fever occurs, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If sore throat persists for more than 2 days or if symptoms such as headache, fever, rash, nausea, or vomiting develop, stop taking this medication and inform a healthcare professional. Rarely, severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis may occur, and in such cases, discontinue use immediately. Regarding the pseudoephedrine component, symptoms of ischemic colitis, such as sudden severe abdominal pain or rectal bleeding, may occur, and if sudden severe headache, confusion, seizures, or visual disturbances appear, stop taking the medication and consult medical personnel immediately. If you accidentally overdose, seek help from a doctor or pharmacist immediately, even if there are no symptoms. This medication should not be administered to children under 2 years of age; if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Additionally, keep it in the original container to prevent contamination or misuse of the medication.
