This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, throat pain, and heavy head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 and older: 1 capsule each time, 3 times a day. Take after meals and maintain a dosage interval of at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may rarely cause serious skin reactions. If symptoms such as fever or red spots on the skin with small blisters occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be used by infants under 3 months old and children under 15 years old, or by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Additionally, those currently taking or have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, or those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not use this medication. It is also safe not to take other cold medications, allergy medications, or motion sickness medications while using this medication. Those with allergic tendencies, or who have had allergic reactions to medications, as well as individuals with hypertension, heart disease, kidney issues, glaucoma, or urinary retention should definitely consult a specialist before use. Caution is also required for the elderly or those currently receiving treatment, and for people with specific cough symptoms. If any signs of sudden skin rash, severe hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or limbs, severe headache, or vomiting occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, cease use and consult a doctor. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and avoid prolonged use. Since this medication may cause drowsiness, driving or operating machinery should be avoided, and alcohol should also be abstained from. Children under 2 years old should generally not take this medicine except in special cases, and it should only be administered under a doctor’s care. Finally, this medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and transfer to another container.
