This medication helps alleviate various symptoms caused by a cold. It alleviates respiratory symptoms such as sore throat, cough, and phlegm, as well as chills and fever. It can also improve systemic discomfort such as headaches and joint/muscle pain. Therefore, it helps reduce various discomforts caused by colds to ensure that daily life is not disturbed. It is effectively used for symptom relief.
For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
This medication can put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If serious skin reactions such as rash, blisters, or redness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Caution should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose due to the acetaminophen component, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its components, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, and those currently taking or recently discontinued specific antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. Simultaneous use of cough suppressants, expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines should be avoided. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with an allergic constitution, those with a history of drug allergies, patients with major organ diseases such as liver, kidney, or heart disorders, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a professional before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional, especially if severe skin reactions occur along with urticaria, difficulty breathing, or high fever; urgent treatment may be necessary. In general, children under 2 years old should not take this medication except in special cases. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, and refrain from drinking alcohol while taking this medication. Furthermore, since this medication may affect liver metabolism when taken with some other medications, consult a professional if you are taking other medications. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, sealed place. It is important to avoid transferring the medication to other containers to maintain quality.
