This medication contains acetaminophen, and exceeding a maximum of 4,000mg per day can result in liver damage, hence do not take it with other medications containing acetaminophen. People with lactose intolerance or specific metabolic disorders should not take this medication. Individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients, those who have experienced asthma when taking antipyretic analgesics in the past, and infants under three months old should not use it. During use, it is safer not to combine it with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Children who have chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic dispositions or previous allergic reactions to medications, and individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult a healthcare professional before use. Pregnant or nursing women, elderly individuals, and patients undergoing other treatments should also consult a specialist before taking. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling appear after taking the medication, immediately stop and seek professional advice. Particularly rare but severe reactions such as anaphylactic shock, serious skin conditions, asthma attacks, and liver dysfunction may occur; if these symptoms arise, seek medical attention immediately. Children under two years of age should generally avoid using this medication unless in special cases, and parental supervision is necessary when children are under treatment. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, and do not use it continuously for extended periods. Avoid alcohol during treatment, and since the risk of side effects may increase when combined with specific medications, it is crucial to consult a professional regarding any concurrent medications. Rarely, the combination of this medication with specific antibiotics can lead to serious metabolic acidosis, so caution is needed; if abnormal symptoms are suspected, discontinue immediately.
