This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the ingredients in this medication, severe skin reactions may rarely occur; if a rash or allergic reaction appears on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, and exceeding the maximum daily dose may result in liver damage, so it should not be taken in doses beyond those prescribed or alongside other acetaminophen-containing medications. Additionally, due to the pseudoephedrine component in this medication, severe skin reactions may rarely occur; if symptoms such as fever, skin redness, or small blisters develop, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Those with hypersensitivity to this medication or who have previously experienced allergic reactions to its ingredients, individuals who have had asthma, infants under three months of age, individuals taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advised not to take other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, cough suppressants, tranquilizers, or antihistamines at the same time. Particularly for children, pregnant or nursing women, individuals with chronic diseases, or the elderly, it is critical to consult with a healthcare provider before taking this medication. Additionally, if certain symptoms or coughing persists for a long time, professional medical advice is required. If serious side effects such as rashes, itching, nausea, dizziness, tremors, severe hives, difficulty breathing, high fever, or jaundice occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication is not for use in children under two years of age, unless under direct supervision of a physician. When taking this medication, follow the prescribed dosage and duration and avoid long-term use. Alcohol should be avoided, and because drowsiness may occur, driving or operating machinery should be avoided. Moreover, there may be risks of side effects when taken with certain medications, so if other medications are being used, it is essential to inform a healthcare professional. Finally, this medication should be stored out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and it is advised not to transfer it to other containers.
