This medication is used to relieve various pains such as headaches, toothaches, pain after tooth extraction, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, neuralgia, low back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, bruises, fracture pain, sprains, menstrual pain, etc. It also exerts antipyretic action to alleviate symptoms during chills and fever. Thus, this medicine is used effectively for relieving pain and fever-related symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults aged 15 and older: take 1 tablet at a time, up to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach, and ensure a dosage interval of more than 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication can put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than 3 glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The ingredient acetaminophen may rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if a rash or allergy symptoms appear after taking this medication, it should be stopped immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and this drug should not be taken simultaneously with other medications containing acetaminophen. Those with allergies to this drug or who have previously taken this drug or similar medications and experienced asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should not take this medication. During treatment, do not take other antipyretic or analgesic medications, cold medicines, or sedatives. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with an allergic constitution or a history of drug allergies, individuals with serious organ diseases such as liver, kidney, heart issues, the elderly, pregnant and breastfeeding women must consult with a specialist before taking. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or swelling occur after taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional, and respond urgently to rare serious symptoms such as anaphylaxis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, asthma attacks, or signs of liver dysfunction. This medication should not be used in children under 2 years of age unless under a doctor’s care. Strictly adhere to the prescribed method and dosage, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol while taking. Be cautious about potential interactions with specific medications that may increase the risk of side effects. Keep this medication out of reach of children, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep it tightly sealed to maintain its quality. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container.

Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness (anaphylactic shock symptoms), severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), asthma, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy (liver dysfunction)
