Precautions

If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stool, diarrhea, abdominal pain, coma, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, anxiety, gastrointestinal disturbances, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur, you should immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. In the case of overdose, gastrointestinal symptoms or hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution is advised. Particularly when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, potassium levels in the blood can become dangerously high, so caution is necessary. Be diligent about the dosage, and it is recommended to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place secured in a tightly sealed container.
