How to take

Adult dose

Individuals aged 12 and older: 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day or 2 tablets at a time, once a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Additionally, this medication should not be taken by infants under 12 months of age. Patients with Wilson's disease should also refrain from taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, therefore individuals who are genetically unable to digest lactose should avoid taking it. During the use of this medication, it is advised not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, or antacids. If you are undergoing treatment by a physician or have gastrointestinal disorders such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, heart or circulatory problems, poor kidney function, hypoproteinemia, gallbladder or liver disease, or diabetes, you must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stool, diarrhea, abdominal pain, coma, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, anxiety, gastrointestinal disturbances, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur, you should immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. In the case of overdose, gastrointestinal symptoms or hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution is advised. Particularly when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, potassium levels in the blood can become dangerously high, so caution is necessary. Be diligent about the dosage, and it is recommended to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place secured in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
