Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, etc.)
This medication is used effectively to relieve various symptoms of cold including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Ages 15 and over: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.
Ages 11 to under 15 years: 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day, or 2 tablets at a time, 1 time a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.
This medicine should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before taking if you regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol daily. There is a risk of liver damage if someone who drinks heavily takes this medicine. The acetaminophen ingredient in this medicine can rarely cause serious skin allergic reactions. If symptoms such as skin rash, blisters, redness, or itching appear, you should immediately stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional. Care should be taken not to exceed a maximum dose of 4,000mg of acetaminophen per day. Taking this medicine together with other medications that contain acetaminophen can lead to liver damage, so they should not be taken concurrently. Additionally, since it contains pseudoephedrine, if fever, skin rash, or small blisters develop, the medication should be stopped immediately and consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. This medicine should not be taken by individuals with a history of certain allergic reactions or asthma, infants under three months of age, those currently taking MAO inhibitors, those with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders, and those with severe hypertension or kidney disease. During the use of this medicine, it is advisable not to take cough suppressants, other cold medicine, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, those with a history of drug allergies, those with liver, kidney, or heart disease, pregnant women, or those who may become pregnant should always consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rashes, nausea, dizziness, tremors, or insomnia occur after taking this medicine, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor, and particularly seek immediate medical assistance for severe allergic reactions or symptoms of liver dysfunction, or respiratory difficulties. Children under 2 years old should not take this medicine; if absolutely necessary, they should be seen by a physician. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and schedule, and not to take this medicine for prolonged periods. When administering to children, parental supervision is required, and alcohol should be avoided during administration. This medicine may cause drowsiness, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. When taking this medicine together with certain antibiotics such as flucloxacillin, there is a rare risk of serious metabolic adverse reactions, so caution is required. Finally, this medicine should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, tightly closed. Transferring to another container is not recommended to maintain quality.

Do not take this medicine with oral medications containing cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. If you are taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors used for depression, Parkinson's treatment, etc., within the last 2 weeks, do not take this medicine.
