Precautions

This medication can put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. As it contains acetaminophen, serious skin rash or allergic reactions may rarely occur, so if you experience skin rash or itching, you must stop taking it immediately. Care should be taken not to exceed the daily maximum dose of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken together with other products containing acetaminophen. Since it contains pseudoephedrine, if you experience severe skin reactions such as fever, rash, or small blisters, you should stop taking it and consult a specialist. This medication should not be taken by individuals with specific allergies or illnesses, particularly infants under three months of age, or those with severe hypertension, kidney, or liver diseases. It should not be used in conjunction with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines, so if you are taking other medications, consult a specialist. Children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, the elderly, or those with specific illnesses must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. If serious symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or shortness of breath occur during use, stop taking immediately and consult medical personnel. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and duration, and avoid prolonged use. Drowsiness may occur, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and kept dry. Additionally, to prevent misuse, do not transfer it to another container.
