Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet three times a day, 30 minutes after meals

This medication should be used with caution in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, as it may lead to liver damage; always consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, the acetaminophen component in this medicine can rarely cause severe skin reactions; discontinue use immediately if you experience rashes or hypersensitivity reactions. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen, which is 4,000 mg, and do not take it with other acetaminophen-containing products. People with a history of hypersensitivity reactions or those who have had asthma attacks should not take this medication. Infants under 3 months of age and individuals taking certain antidepressants should also avoid it. Patients with genetic problems such as lactose intolerance should not use this medication. Avoid taking multiple medications simultaneously, including cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Infants or children with chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies, and patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult a professional before use. If any symptoms, such as rashes, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur after taking, or if there is a serious allergic reaction, stop taking the drug immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication and should only do so under a doctor's guidance if absolutely necessary. This medicine should be used according to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and long-term use should be avoided. Alcohol should not be consumed while taking this medication. Caution is advised when taken with specific medications as it may reduce the metabolic capacity of acetaminophen, and caution is also warranted when taken with certain antibiotics. Store in a sealed container out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It's important not to transfer this medicine to another container to maintain its quality.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, shortness of breath, cold sweat, paleness → severe allergic reactions
• Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes → severe skin adverse reactions
• Respiratory problems associated with asthma, cough, and fever → respiratory issues
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver issues (jaundice)

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (erythema), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling (edema), dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

This medicine should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering, preferably between 1°C and 30°C at room temperature. Proper storage will help maintain the effectiveness of the medication over time.
