Vitamin D supports the development of bones and teeth and prevents rickets, while the B vitamins help alleviate pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It also alleviates symptoms of inflammation in the mouth and tongue such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Zinc contributes to immune function and wound healing. The combined action of various vitamins and zinc improves overall health and enhances vitality.

Precautions
