This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, making it suitable for those experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, for those with weakened stamina during or after illness, as well as in developmental periods and old age. Vitamin D supports the development of bones and teeth and prevents rickets, while the B vitamins help alleviate pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It also alleviates symptoms of inflammation in the mouth and tongue such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Zinc contributes to immune function and wound healing. The combined action of various vitamins and zinc improves overall health and enhances vitality.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 to 2 tablets once daily after meals

For those aged 12 and older, take 1 to 2 tablets once daily after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis (a type of systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), or patients with renal disease. Patients who are receiving treatment from a doctor, those with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should always consult a specialist before taking this medication. Individuals with heart or circulatory issues, renal impairment, hypoproteinemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should also consult before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, rash, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system issues occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, women on specific contraceptives should be cautious as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis if menstrual changes or bleeding persists for extended periods. Long-term high-dose usage can lead to tolerance, and certain vitamin supplementation may cause neurological disorders or hematological adverse reactions, so caution is advised. High-dose usage can cause peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen and may affect urinalysis or clinical tests, so it should be reported to the healthcare professional before and after testing. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea and black tea before and after taking the medication.
