Precautions

People who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. This is because there is a risk of liver damage if such individuals take this medication. Additionally, the acetaminophen component in this medication may very rarely cause serious skin reactions. If any allergic symptoms such as rash or itching occur after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and it is advisable to avoid taking this medication together with other medications containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, or those who have previously experienced asthma after taking antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines should refrain from using this medication. Infants under 3 months of age or those currently taking MAO inhibitors or who have stopped taking them within the last two weeks should also avoid using this medication. During use, it is advisable not to take medications containing cough suppressants, expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. In particular, children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic predispositions or a history of drug allergies, individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly patients, and pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5 to 6 times, it is essential to consult a specialist. This medication is not for use in children under 2 years of age; if necessary, seek medical advice. Please adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and method of use, and do not use it continuously for long periods. Also, avoid drinking alcohol during treatment; taking it with certain antidepressants or alcohol can slow the body's breakdown of acetaminophen, requiring caution. Taking this medication along with a specific antibiotic, flucloxacillin, may rarely lead to severe metabolic acidosis; if this occurs, consult a professional immediately. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, and it is important not to transfer it to another container for quality maintenance.
